Refund policy

The following Refund&Return Policy applies to super-star-shine-bag products.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping charges
Shipping costs for products returned under the following circumstances will be borne by super-star-shine-bag or the customer.
When super-star-shine-bag pays for return shipping
If the reason for the return is due to an error on our part,super-star-shine-bag will cover the return shipping costs.
Examples of instances may include:
The item received was defective.
We shipped the wrong item.
We shipped it to the wrong address.
We sent a duplicate order.

Important
For damaged or defective items received, the customer must provide video or photos to prove that the item was damaged or faulty when received. If the customer refuses or fails to provide video or photos of the item claimed to be faulty/damaged, the return will be considered “buyer's remorse” and the customer will be solely responsible for the return.
If the customer claims that an item is defective/damaged, the customer must provide proof of this prior to returning the item, without exception.
Once we receive an approved return item, we will inspect it for condition. If the item is found to be defective, we will issue a refund within 10 business days.
When the customer pays for return shipping
If the return is due to customer error, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Costs vary by location.
super-star-shine-bag will provide the customer with a prepaid return shipping label and the shipping cost for the returned product will be deducted from the refund.
It is important to note that any orders with special shipping charges will be deducted from our actual outbound shipping charges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Normal within 7 business days.

Order cancellation
super-star-shine-bag will normally ship your order within 1-3 business days. To cancel an order, please contact super-star-shine-bag as soon as possible to cancel the order, if the product has not been shipped, the customer will receive a refund within 12 hours.
When a customer cancels an order but the product has been shipped, the customer is required to refuse the package in person and a refund will be processed within 5 business days after the package is returned to our warehouse.
